2. Order & Delivery
2.1 Prepaid Orders Only: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All purchases must be paid in full before shipment.
2.2 Order Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via email or SMS upon successful placement of your order.
2.3 Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
2.4 Shipping & Delivery Delays: While we aim for timely shipping, delays may occur due to logistical issues, natural causes, or holidays.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery for unused items in original condition.
3.2 For damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
3.3 Return or replacement requests must include clear images of the item and its packaging.
3.4 Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3.5 Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
4.1 Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

4.3 Modifications are not guaranteed once an order is being processed or shipped.
5. Payment & Pricing
5.1 We accept secure online payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Razorpay.
5.2 Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.3 Aayush Traders reserves the right to update product prices or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Aayush Traders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
6.2 We ensure proper quality checks before shipping; however, customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery.
